This regiment arrived opposite Pittsburg Landing on Sunday evening, April 6th, 1862, with Gen. Nelson's Division. Was ordered to remain there until in the afternoon of the 7th when it crossed the river to the battlefield. Casualties. Wounded 2 men. Missing 1 man. Total 3.

Marker is at the intersection of Pittsburg Landing Road and Residence Circle, on the right when traveling west on Pittsburg Landing Road. Click for map.
