Inscription.
In recognition of his exemplary military service in the Asiatic Pacific Campaign during World War II from April 1941 until October 1945 -- 3 1/2 years as a Prisoner of War – the American Legion Post 46 Goshen-Cornwall dedicates this plaque and flagpole in memory of our friend, neighbor and comrade.
