Location. 42° 42.275′ N, 74° 1.208′ W. Marker is in Guilderland, New York, in Albany County. Marker is at the intersection of New York Route 146 and Danvers Road, on the right when traveling west on State Route 146. Click for map. Marker is roughly opposite Danvers Road and near the corner with Gun Club Road, which is just east of the Village of Altamont. Marker is in this post office area: Guilderland NY 12084, United States of America.

The view here is to the east along route 146. A closer look revels two other markers in the distance on the same side of the road, the Knower House, and the Inn of Jacob Crounse.
