Regarding Hotel Attica. An "Old Time" hotel that has been renovated back into its original charm by the owners Jeff and Bertie Scott.

It was built in 1853 and originally known as the "Revere House". It became well known as a second home for many of the workers in the construction of the "Wabash and Erie Canal".

During World War I the then owners sacrificed the building's original decorative iron railings for the War Effort.
