Erected 1967 by Texas State Historical Survey Committee. (Marker Number 3844.) Location. 31° 38.921′ N, 100° 2.997′ W. Marker is in Rowena, Texas, in Runnels County. Marker is at the intersection of Depot Street and Victor Street, on the left when traveling south on Depot Street. Click for map.
