About half of the 23d Tenn. and 60 of the 5th Miss. were engaged here at about noon April 6, 1862.

Location. 35° 8.291′ N, 88° 20.539′ W. Marker is in Shiloh, Tennessee, in Hardin County. Marker is on Corinth-Pittsburg Landing Road, on the right when traveling west. Click for map.
