4th La., 13th La., 1st Ark., 19th La.,
Ruggles' (1st) Div., Bragg's Corps,
Army of the Mississippi.

This Brigade, with its regiments in order from left to right as above, formed here about noon April 6, 1862 and between that time and 2.30 p.m. made four unsuccessful charges into the Hornet's Nest.

Location. 35° 7.865′ N, 88° 20.396′ W. Marker is near Shiloh, Tennessee, in Hardin County. Marker is at the intersection of Hamburg-Purdy Road and Eastern Corinth Road, on the left when traveling east on Hamburg-Purdy Road. Click for map.
