Inscription.
In Tagalog:
Sa bahay na ito, 843 Urbiztondo, Isinilang si Antonio Luna noong ika-29 ng Oktubre, 1866. Anak nina Joaquin Luna de San Pedro at Laureana Novicio at kapatid ni Juan Luna, ang pintor. Parmasyutiko at kimiko. Bantog na manunulat ng "La Solidaridad," isang pahayagang Pilipino. Napaghinalaan ng mga Kastilang kasapi sa Katipunan, kaya ipinatapon sa Madrid noong 1897. Sa kanyang pagbabalik sa Pilipinas noong 1898, ay Hinirang siyang Katulong na Kalihim ng Digma; Hinirang na Punong Komandante ng Hukbo ng Republika ng Pilipinas noong Pebrero 1899, pinatay sa Kabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, noong ika-5 ng Hunyo, 1899.

Translated, the marker reads:
In this house, 843 Urbiztondo St, is where Antonio Luna was born., October 29,1866. Son of Joaquin Luna de San Pedro and Laureana Novicio, and brother of Juan, the painter. Pharmacist and Chemist. Popular writer of “La Solidaridad,” a Philippine newspaper. Suspected by the Spaniards to be a member of the Katipunan, exiled in Madrid in 1897. In his return in 1898, he became Secretary of War; and became Chief Commander of the army of the Republic of the Philippines in February 1899, killed in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija on June 5, 1899.
