Regarding Wells Fargo & Co. Express and Banking Office. From The Jackson Main Street walking Tour Brochure:
“This edifice may have a complex. Someone decided once it was the tallest three-story building in captivity though inside it seems like there are five stories or levels. The lodge in 1904 added a story atop the old Union House Hotel. You can see the clear outlines of the 2-story hotel, and the 3rd story which arises from half of it. From circa 1870 until 1919, Wells Fargo & Express was here."

Marker can be seen mounted on the building directly under the white Fat Freddy's sign.

Note the difference in appearance between the second and third floors as described in the walking tour brochure.
