This regiment, attached temporarily to Marsh's command, was engaged here at 10 a.m. April 7, 1862. It advanced, fighting, to Woolf Field.

Location. 35° 8.848′ N, 88° 20.722′ W. Marker is in Shiloh, Tennessee, in Hardin County. Marker is on Cavalry Road ¾ mile west of Hamburg-Savannah Road, on the right when traveling west.
