The plaque is mounted to the right of the Jones Avenue entrance, seen here. Another entrance exists off 7th Street. Note the "O K  ARCADE" sign above the entrance is missing the "P" and "L".
not listed individually with the National Register of Historic Places, but rather as a Contributing Structure within the Downtown Haines City Commercial District, which was designated as a U.S. Historic District on March 7, 1994 (NRHP reference #94000150).
