Born 1723 Donegal, Ireland
Died 1794 Mifflintown, Pa.
Donor of the plot on which
this courthouse now stands.
He and his wife Jane are buried
in the Presbyterian Cemetery
which he also donated to the town

 
Erected 1967 by Juniata County Historical Society.
