1. Grand River Dam Marker
Inscription. 14 miles S-E, is Langley the site of the Grand River Dam Lake, covering 45,000 acres, with a shore line of 1100 miles, costing more than $20,000,000.00. The largest multiple type arch dam on earth. It was constructed as an electric and flood control project. Excellent fishing, boating, recreation and scenic facilities are open to the public.
 
Erected by Citizens of Langley, Oklahoma. (Marker Number A-12.)
 
Location. 36° 37.627′ N, 95° 5.346′ W. Marker is near Vinita, Oklahoma, in Craig County. Marker is at the intersection of U.S. 69 and North 4440 Road, on the right when traveling west on U.S. 69. Click for map. Marker is in this post office area: Vinita OK 74301, United States of America.
