cleared of Indians and bandits Erected 1936 by State of Texas. Location. 30° 31.66′ N, 103° 49.774′ W. Marker is near Fort Davis, Texas, in Jeff Davis County. Marker is on Fort Davis Highway (Texas Route 118), on the right when traveling east. Click for map. The marker is on the south side of the road; fenced and covered adobe ruins are on the north side of the road. Marker is in this post office area: Fort Davis TX 79734, United States of America. Additional comments. 1. Musquiz Family I was born in Sabinal, Texas. I am interested in the family history and already have a lot of information.
