1. Old Ridge Road Marker
 
Inscription. Molded by the great glacier and long an Indian trail. Traveled by pioneers' oxcarts, covered wagons, stagecoaches. Town of Greece founded 1822.
 
Erected 1959 by County of Monroe.
 
Location. 43° 12.577′ N, 77° 41.702′ W. Marker is in Greece, New York, in Monroe County. Marker is at the intersection of West Ridge Road (New York Route 104) and Long Pond Road on West Ridge Road. Click for map. While not exactly at an intersection, there's no better way to explain the marker's location. It's on the south side of a road that crosses a major traffic island. The marker is between the northbound and southbound lanes. Marker is in this post office area: Rochester NY 14626, United States of America.
