Location. 39° 11.802′ N, 78° 8.762′ W. Marker is in Winchester, Virginia. Marker is on Fort Collier Road, on the right when traveling north. Click for map. Located in a parking lot inside the Winchester Industrial Park. Marker is in this post office area: Winchester VA 22601, United States of America.
