1. A Home Marker
Inscription. Mrs. Stevens moved into this house after her former home located between the Watson and Phillips houses in the next row below had burned to the ground. She fed boarders to support her family of two boys and two girls living with her. Two other sons were grown men. One of them, David, owned the Cloverdale Ranch, thirty miles south of here.
 
Location. 38° 52.906′ N, 117° 36.586′ W. Marker is in Berlin, Nevada, in Lander County. Marker can be reached from Berlin Ichthyosaur State Park Road 2 miles south of Route 844, on the right when traveling east. Click for map. If driving north marker is 2.1 miles north of NV Route 844. Marker is in this post office area: Austin NV 89310, United States of America.
