Inscription. This tablet is erected in honor of our beloved veterans of the 1861 Civil War 1865 The Grand Army of the Republic Dept. of Ohio who organized the “Home” in 1869 and by their patriotic effort, provided for the future protection and education of their children and the children of all wars, whose father served in the defense of the United States of America.
