Inscription. Charlestown Veterans Memorial Park Dedicated in honor of the men and women from Charlestown who served in the Armed Forces during the Korean and Vietnam Wars and in memory of those who made the supreme sacrifice.
 
Location. 42° 22.347′ N, 71° 3.72′ W. Marker is in Boston, Massachusetts, in Suffolk County. Marker is on Freedom Trail, on the right when traveling north. Click for map. Marker is just next to City Square Park on the Boston Freedom Trail in the courtyard of an office building. Marker is in this post office area: Charlestown MA 02129, United States of America.
