Historic Oroville Inn. . Construction of the Oroville Inn commenced in 1929 and was halted due to the Great Depression. Two hundred local residents, in an impressive display of community, came together to complete the Inn which opened June 1, 1930. They became shareholders and hired local craftsmen to complete the Oroville Inn. Their high standards for quality and pride of ownership shone through in all of the modern technologies and beautiful finishes.
After operating as a hotel for half a century, the property was sold and eventually fell into a state of significant disrepair. With a team of dedicated and tireless individuals and the support of community shareholders and craftsmen, the Oroville Inn was restored to her original glory in 2015.
