Commissioner Donahue's passion for life was only matched by his dedication to his job and the City of Cleveland. He strived to have the Division of Parking Facilities set the standard for On and Off Street Parking throughout the City of Cleveland. He will be forever remembered for his contribution and leadership in the industry.
