Location. 34° 54.058′ N, 85° 15.358′ W. Marker is in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, in Catoosa County. Memorial can be reached from Viniard Road east of Lafayette Road, on the right when traveling east. Parking is available in a gravel lot on Viniard Road at N 34° 54.0833 W 85° 15.1037. From the parking area on Viniard Road follow the path south. The path will fork, take the right (east) path. A second path will branch off to the right (east). Follow this path. This path is just before the plaque for Kelly's Brigade (CSA). Near the site of the Hall house, a path will be on your right.
