2. The First Newspaper Marker
The marker is on St. Luke's Episcopal Church. It blends with the stonework. This view is too far to see the lettering on the marker. It is above the second safety cone from the left. The sloping capstone, of the wall hiding the exterior stairs, points to the marker.
