Location. 32° 19.068′ N, 81° 36.048′ W. Marker is near Arcola, Georgia, in Bulloch County. Marker is on McElveen Kendrick Pond Road (County Route 358) 0.2 miles east of McElveen Cemetery Road (County Route 357), on the left when traveling east.
