Inscripción en la columna: “1868”
Antiguo Camino Real. Sobre el muro del lado Sur
se encuentra una columna, que consta de un pedestal
y en la terminación una hornacina que guarda una
escultura de bulto de la virgen de Guadalupe.

English translation:
“La Purísima”
The column is inscribed with the year “1868”.
This was part of the Old Royal Road. Rising from the wall on the southern side is a column, made up of a pedestal topped by a niche holding a sculpture of the Virgin of Guadalupe.
