The 12-pdr Napoleon is mounted upright at the monument. It was manufactured in Augusta, Georgia in 1864, and has the foundry number 98AF.

4. Farm Houses to the West of the Monument
The farm houses beyond the park boundary are modern. Hill's headquarters was on the western side of Seminary Ridge. The Emanuel Pitzer farm house stood in the area to the west, along Pitzer's Run.
