1. Streetroad Cemetery Marker
Inscription. One of the earliest common burying grounds of historic Ticonderoga. Memorialized here are many first settlers, early doctors and supervisors, the town’s first State Senator, veterans of the Revolutionary, 1812, and Civil Wars. Last burial of a Civil War veteran in 1936. Opposite were the Streetroad Commons, church, school, community hall, post office, and general store.
 
Erected 1976 by Ticonderoga Historical Society.
