Pierwsza kuria kanonicza powstała w XIV w. Dom frontowy przebudowywano dwukrotnie - w 1607 r. i po wielkim i pożarze Ostrowa Tumskiego w 1791 r. Z tyłu posesji odtworzono historyczny ogród.

The first canonical curia was established in the l4^th century. The front house was rebuilt on two occasions - in 1607 and after the great fire on Ostrów Tumski in 1791. An old garden was restored at the back of the estate.
