With 257 wins, Girardi ranks 15th all-time among NCAA football coaches as of 2016. He led Lycoming College to the Division III championship game in 1990 and 1997, and has 13 MAC titles and 11 division playoff berths. Girardi is a 2016 inductee into the College Football Hall of Fame.
