William Blackburn designed D Wing, the Debtors' Tower and C Wing. When the prison expanded St. George's Chapel was demolished, though the ancient Crypt remains. Oxford Castle Unlocked now occupies D Wing, the Crypt, the Debtors' and St. George's Towers.
