1. #274 Marker
Inscription.  4-4-0 American type passenger locomotive built by Baldwin Locomotive Works. Number 274 features a rigid coupler with a slotted knuckle to mate with link-and-pin couplers and one of the earliest 6" air compressors with cam operated driver brakes. Donated in 1951 by Purdue University.
 
Erected by Museum of Transportation.
