1. Gunter Hall Marker
Inscription. In 1960, Gunter Hall opened as the new student center. Named for William A. Gunter, local attorney and former president of both the State Board of College Trustees and State Board of Education, this building originally housed a dining hall, snack bar, chapel, bookstore, and meeting rooms.
 
Erected by Student Government Association, Frostburg State University.
