1. Allen Hall Marker
Inscription.  In 1957 Wendell D. Allen Residence Hall for men was completed. This building was named for the member of the State Board of Education who served in 1935, 1942, 1949, and 1956, and served as Board President 1952 - 1957.
 
Erected by Student Government Association, Frostburg State University.
 
Location. 39° 39.081′ N, 78° 55.829′ W. Marker is in Frostburg, Maryland, in Allegany County. Marker can be reached from Center Street north of American Avenue, on the left when traveling north.
