Inscription.
"…Purchase a lot of land in said Frederic eligibly situated and to erect thereon a building suitable to be occupied and used as a public library…the said librry shall at all times be known and called the 'C. Burr Artz Library' and shall at all times be kept open for the use of the inhabitants of said Frederic…"
