Completed in 1884, St. Luke's Anglican Church is the third Anglican Church to be erected on this site, its uncompleted predecessor having been destroyed by the Woodstock Fire of 1881. The first church erected on this site dates from the early 1830's, and marks the beginning of the Anglican Church in the Town of Woodstock.

Complétée en 1884, l'Église anglicane St. Luke's est la troisième église anglicane à être implantée sur ce site. Son prédécesseur incomplet ayant été détruit par l'incendie de Woodstock de 1881. La première église implantée sur ce site datait du début des années 1830 et marquait l'arrivée de l'église anglicane dans la ville de Woodstock.
