into the volunteer service,
for the preservation of
the Union, the loyal and
patriotic men composing
the following regiments:

69th Indiana Vol. Inf.
84th Indiana Vol. Inf.
124th Indiana Vol. Inf.
To the everlasting honor
and devotion of these men
