1. 1903 quilt made for the church has been located
In preparing to move my husband's parents and cleaning out their home, my father-in-law had a quilt that was started by his grandmother, given to his mother and never completed. It is a quilt that was designed for the Kingwood M.E. Church. Each block is hand stitched with each family belonging to the church and the last three pastors from 1901, 1902 and 1903.
