1. Burnt Cabins Marker

Inscription. Early settlers' cabins in this vicinity were burned by Provincial forces, 1750, to satisfy Indian protests against white trespassers on their lands. The name is a relic of troubled days on the Pennsylvania frontier.

Erected 1949 by Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
