1. The Grand Opera House Marker
Inscription. Built here, 1858 - - operated until 1919. Julia Marlowe made her debut in this famous theater and such great actors as Edwin Booth, Maude Adams, Joseph Jefferson, John Drew, and The Barrymores played to large and appreciative audiences.
 
Erected 1966 by Vincennes Historical and Antiquarian Society.
