In Tagalog:
Makabayan at pilantropo. Isinilang sa Binondo, Maynila, 28 Pebrero 1847. Nahalal bilang Teniente Primero de Mestizos ng Binondo, 1883-1885. Itinatag ang El '82, unang tindahang gumamit sa paraang "fixed price" sa kalye Colon ngyo'y bahagi ng kalye Kilusang Propaganda. Ipiniit ng mga Espanyol dahil sa kanyang pagtulong sa mga rebolusyonaryo, 1896. Ikinulong muli ng mga Amerikano, 6 Disyembre 1900 hanggang 23 marso 1901. Naglingkod bilang ingat-yaman ng Union Obrera Democratica, 1902. Naging pangulo ng mga samahang Sibiko tulad ng Casa Asilo de Invalidos Filipinos por la Guerra, La Proteccion de la Infancia at Gota de Leche. Yumao, 10 Disyembere 1912. Ipinangalan sa kanya ang daang Sacrista ng Lupong Munisipal ng Maynila bilang pagkilala sa kanyang mga nagawa, 1915.

Translated, the marker reads:
Patriotic and Philanthropist. Born in Binondo, Manila in February 28, 1847. Voted as Lieutenant of the “Mestizos of Binondo,” 1883-1885. Established “El ‘82” the first store who use “fixed price” in Colon St. which is now Kilusang Propaganda St. Imprisoned by the Spaniards for helping the revolutionaries, 1896. And again by the Americans, December 6, 1900 until March 23,1901. Became treasurer of the “Union Obrera Democratica,” 1902. Became president of some civic groups like “Casa Asilo de Invalidos
