Inscription. Community organized June 25, 1742. The oldest buildings are on West Church Street. Those marked are; Gemeinhaus, Sisters' House, Bell House, Brothers' House, and Old Chapel.

Erected 1953 by Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
