1. The Robert Morris Inn circa 1710 Marker

Inscription. Robert Morris, Sr. and Robert Morris, Jr., a Revolutionary War financier, lived in the original section. The building served as town hall, convalscent home for World War I veterans and general store. Since the late 1940’s it has been operated as an inn.

Erected 2003 by John Waller Chapter (Maryland) National Society Colonial Dames XVII Century.
