1. Hendersonville High School Marker
Inscription. The Judson College Building (now demolished) at the corner of Fleming Street and Third Avenue served as the first Hendersonville High School. The high school was later located in the former Noterman house at what is now Boyd Park between Main Street and Church Street at 8th Avenue beginning in 1919. The existing building at 311 8th Avenue West was dedicated on December 3, 1926.
