Erected 1931 by Captain O. P. Lee Camp No. 15 United Spanish War Veterans Lafayette, Indiana.

Location. 40° 24.819′ N, 86° 52.249′ W. Marker is in Lafayette, Indiana, in Tippecanoe County. Memorial can be reached from Scott Street north of Main Street when traveling north. Located inside of Columbia Park by the Columbia Park Zoo. Can use any of the open parking lots. However, there is a parking lot on Scott Street - with a short walk to this marker. (The "Crescent" and "Cherokee" Drives are inside of the Park and open only for foot traffic.). Touch for map. Marker is in this post office area: Lafayette IN 47901, United States of America.
