With Geary's Division near Cravens' House from 3 until 6.30 P.M. November 24th. Moved to Missionary Ridge via Rossville on the morning of November 25th, 1863.

Marker is located on the grounds of the Cravens' House, a unit of the Chickamauga-Chattanooga National Military Park. According to the description provided by the National Park Service, the monument is, “7'6" x 4'4" x 4'6" high rock-faced granite monument consisting of rectangular granite block with an inscribed polished front on rectangular base. The tops of both pieces are beveled. Marks unit's position during Battle of Lookout Mountain.”
