Regarding Cohen Brothers Manufacturing Company, Clothiers. Charles Crane designed this space in 1910 for the Cohen Brothers Manufacturing Co. which specialized in clothing for lumberjacks and miners. Reliable Knitting of Milwaukee occupied the building from 1969 to 2006. The building has been renovated to condominiums with first floor retail.
