1. West Liberty Marker
Inscription. First organized town in the Ohio Valley. Formed in 1787. First court of Ohio County met at Black's Cabin here in 1777. Near by is grave of Captain Samuel Brady, hero of the Pennsylvania and Virginia frontiers.
