Established November 13, 1893

Garrad Farms was founded by David Garrod with the purchase of sixty-five acres. For over seventy years the family run farm was active in fruit production. In the following years the farm has been devoted to equestrian sports and vineyards.
 
Erected 1991 by Mountain Charlie Chapter No. 1850, E Clampus Vitus.

Regarding Garrod Farms. Originally a farm producing fruit, the business has grown to a successful winery and equestrian sports facility. Trail rides and programs are offered as well as boarding. Also a wine tasting room allows visitors to taste and purchase the family produced wines.

The left section of the building is used as the fruit house and the right is the tasting room and gift shop. There are historical displays in the tasting room dealing with the owner-families.
