5th Ohio Lt. Art., Prentiss' (6th) Div.,
Army of the Tennessee.

This battery, with 6 guns, went into action here at 7.30 a.m. April 6, 1862. At 9 a.m. it retired to the Hornets' Nest, leaving two of its guns on the field.
