Newsstand was located at Manasquan NJ
NY&LBRR Station. Moved to Allaire November
1969

The Union News Co. of New York had newsstands at most large rail stations, terminals and hotels in the NY Metropolitan area, operating from 1908 to 1969. Smaller newsstands such as this were built to be portable and hauled by train, wagon, or truck to wherever they were needed.

The Union Newsstand is located in the NJ Museum of Transportation in Allaire State Park. In service for more than 50 years, the Pine Creek RR is the oldest continuously-operated steam preservation railroad in the US.
